Who We Are
Heart2Heart is a student-led organization dedicated to supporting immigrant and refugee families through fundraising and donation efforts. Founded by Grace Kim, Heart2Heart began from a personal understanding of the challenges immigrant families face when adjusting to life in a new country. What started as a small idea to help others has grown into a team of students passionate about giving back to the community.
We work together to raise funds, collect essential items, and deliver them directly to local shelters that support immigrant and refugee families. Every initiative is guided by compassion, collaboration, and the belief that even the smallest act of kindness can bring comfort and hope.
